Looking for fresh faces for season 2, TEENS 13 to 18 (to play younger) to appear in Disney Channel’s interstitial series that introduces new Disney gaming technology. Performers should have great, outgoing personalities and good improv skills for interviewing.

For: TEENAGED BOY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12 AND 17 (or look like you are 12-17) with acting experience and athletic ability. Need Talented Comedic Actors to audition for upcoming Disney Channel/Disney XD Original Movies & Series.
If you have a special skill, such as martial arts, skateboarding, motocross, hip-hop dance or singing, that is a plus. You may be asked to act or show us your specialty, so PLEASE PREPARE A (1 minute or less) COMEDIC MONOLOGUE or a SHORT PERFORMANCE SHOWING YOUR SPECIAL TALENT.

ive been dancing since i was like 3 . my mom says when i dance it makes her day. i can make up moves plus i can do any dance moves. i practiced acoustic guitar ballet hip hop braziliian jitsu. ive won 5 tournaments. im very active girl

I am 13 years old and will be turning 14 in May. I would really like to be an actress. I’ve always really like to act, sing, & dance. I sing all the time and I’m also a hip hop dancer. I don’t really have much experience in acting, but I like to get some friends and make up our own little scenes and such, and I can act pretty well. I’ve always wanted to act though, I just like to be myself and if people make fun of me I don’t really pay attention to it. I try to live my life to the fullest and try new things.Thank you:)

Hiya, i’m 12 years old and live in England, I love acting dancing and singing, i’m turning 13 in April and hope to be on Disney Channel sooner or later. I don’t want to act for the fame and fortune, I want to act because I love it! Sad part is, no-one thinks I can make it because of my hair, my culture and my religion.
Anyway, if I could be on Disney Channel, it would be a dream come true!

Me again, just had a talk with my mum and she says I should be something more realistic like a doctor because once my dad spent 15 years of his life trying to become a rapper and didn’t get to be one. One more thing to all you people who want to be actors/actresses, don’t give up. But if you only want to become one because of the fame then you’ll NEVER become an actor/actress.

Hi Ms. Sikkema,
I’m a 10 3/4 year old performer. I act, sing, dance, write & will be taking violin this summer, along with piano this winter. My mom & I’ve been reading your articles for 3 years & it has helped a lot! First, let me say thank you for all the work you do & the helpful advice you give. So, I was wondering if you had any suggestions on what to include ( or not have ) on a Facebook page? We’re not ready to have a website but I do have some videos of me singing I’d like to put on some type of social media. ( Also, should I slate at the beginning of each one?) Hopefully, it’ll help me in some way realize my dream of being a quadruple threat! Thanks again!!

You certainly sound very mature for 10 3/4 years. Sounds like you are doing some great stuff, and I wish you lots of success. Just remember when doing things like facebook pages, you need to be very cautious to keep yourself safe from predators and others who could find you there. Never post personal information that could put you in danger nor communicate with people you don’t know. You can certainly put videos on facebook/youtube and try to get views. It would not hurt to state your name — Hi, I’m Jysenia at the start of your videos and even as a slate including your age. Don’t give out your address, phone number, or other information that could allow someone to track you down–keep your info private. If you are contacted by anyone, remember that you need to keep your parents involved and have them check out anything and everything associated with this. Hope it goes well for you.
