I am in my second year of college and I am finding it increasingly difficult to concentrate. I almost never do any homework because I don’t feel motivated and I get distracted very easily. Usually I will procrastinate and do almost anything else as long as it is not schoolwork.

I make things so difficult–I waste hours avoiding homework that only takes 30 minutes to do. What motivates you guys? My son was at school and was refusing to do his school work. He is a special needs child and just lost his only Uncle the day before Thanksgiving. He has been having a tough time and had a bad day. Two teachers, and the Principle, held him down against a desk to “Physically prompt” him to do his work. They even wrote a note home that says this is what happen. My son is COVERED in bruises and said he cried for them to stop because it hurt. I have alerted the Media, called police, taken photos and video and now coming here to get advice.

there is something that schools are supposed to sign when a child that goes to the school is a child actor. the form is supposed to excuse the child if need be from school, on acting related things. and where can i get it from?

I presume every actor has a different contract. But I’m a child actress, and I was wondering if I somehow found out about a Broadway audition, how long (at the least) most child actors like myself stay there. With that said, I also would like to know, on average, how many months or weeks the rehearsals would last. Thank you!
